What to expect
The first call, honestly.
- Minutes 0–10: you talk, I listen. What's the situation, what have you tried, what does "better" look like?
- Minutes 10–25: I'll tell you what I've seen work at companies your size, and where I'd start.
- Minutes 25–30: a straight answer — whether I'm the right fit, what an engagement would look like, or who else to call if I'm not.
